How Do I Place An Order?
Search or browse ouchapparel.com for the items you want to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart from your computer or any compatible mobile device.
Payment & Shipping
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on ouchapparel.com the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the products you buy. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CT or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
